Who Is Kingdom Clean?
Kingdom Clean is an exterior cleaning company based in Brandon, Florida, working for homeowners, property managers, and business owners throughout Tampa Bay. The company handles both residential and commercial jobs, from a single-family home in an east Hillsborough subdivision to the dumpster pad behind a retail plaza. The company is owned by Timothy Wright.
The company’s motto, “We Pray and We Spray,” says a lot about how it presents itself. Kingdom Clean is open about faith being part of how it does business. In a service category where customers are letting crews onto their roofs, around their pools, and into their backyards, that message speaks to trust, honesty, and care for the property.

Why Pressure Washing Matters More in Tampa Bay
Florida’s heat, humidity, and summer rain create nearly ideal conditions for mold, mildew, and algae. What looks like dirt on a Brandon home is often living growth that keeps spreading until it is treated.
Roofs are the clearest example. The dark streaks common on Florida roofs are usually caused by a cyanobacterium called Gloeocapsa magma, which spreads through airborne spores and feeds on the limestone filler in asphalt shingles. Because it travels on the wind, a neighbor’s infected roof means yours has probably been exposed too.
For homeowners, regular exterior cleaning protects curb appeal and resale value. For HOA communities, it keeps homes in line with appearance standards. For businesses, a clean storefront, sidewalk, and dumpster area shapes the first impression customers get before they walk in the door.
Roof Shampoo: Cleaning Without Damaging Shingles
Kingdom Clean’s roof shampoo service is built around the low-pressure approach the roofing industry recommends. High-pressure blasting can strip the protective granules off shingles and shorten a roof’s life.
The Asphalt Roofing Manufacturers Association (ARMA) recommends low-pressure chemical cleaning, known as soft washing, for removing roof algae. Soft washing relies on a cleaning solution to kill the growth at the root, followed by a gentle rinse.
Why it matters for homeowners:
- A clean roof can look years newer without the cost of replacement
- Killing the algae, rather than just rinsing it, slows regrowth
- Some insurers and HOAs pay attention to visible roof condition
House Wash: Restoring Stucco, Siding, and Trim
Stucco is the dominant exterior on homes across Brandon and Tampa Bay, and its rough texture traps mildew and dirt. A professional house wash cleans walls, soffits, fascia, gutters, windows frames, and entryways in one visit.
Like roof cleaning, house washing on stucco and painted surfaces calls for the right balance of cleaning solution and pressure. Too much force can damage paint, screens, and window seals. Too little, and the mildew returns in weeks.
Driveway Clean: Concrete and Pavers
Driveways and sidewalks take the hardest beating of any surface on a property. Tire marks, oil drips, rust, red clay, and black mold build up quickly in Florida’s climate. Kingdom Clean’s driveway service uses surface cleaning equipment to deliver an even finish without the stripes and swirl marks left by amateur wand work.
A clean driveway is one of the fastest ways to improve how a home looks from the street, which is why it is a common request before listing a house for sale, hosting a family event, or meeting HOA inspection deadlines.
Pool Deck and Pool Screen Cleaning
Florida pool areas are some of the most heavily used spaces in a home, and some of the slipperiest when algae takes hold. Kingdom Clean cleans pool decks, pavers, coping, and the screened enclosures that surround them.
Pool cages collect dirt, pollen, and green and black growth on both the frame and the screen mesh. Cleaning restores visibility and light, and removing algae from deck surfaces helps reduce slip hazards for kids, guests, and older family members.
Trash Bin and Dumpster Pad Cleaning
This is the service many people do not know they need until summer arrives. Trash bins and dumpster pads in Florida heat quickly develop odors, attract flies and pests, and leave stains on concrete.
Residential: Cleaning household garbage and recycling bins removes residue and odors that build up over time.
Commercial: Restaurants, retail centers, apartment complexes, and office parks benefit from regular dumpster pad cleaning to control odor, discourage pests, and keep back-of-house areas presentable for staff, inspectors, and tenants.
Residential vs. Commercial Service
| Factor | Residential | Commercial |
|---|---|---|
| Typical clients | Homeowners, landlords | Businesses, HOAs, property managers |
| Common services | Roof, house, driveway, pool | Storefronts, sidewalks, dumpster pads |
| Scheduling | One-time or seasonal | Recurring maintenance plans |
| Main goal | Curb appeal, home value | Image, safety, compliance |
How Often Should Tampa Bay Properties Be Cleaned?
Every property is different, and shade, tree cover, irrigation, and nearby water all affect how fast growth returns. These are general starting points homeowners and managers can discuss with Kingdom Clean:
| Surface | Typical Frequency |
|---|---|
| Roof | Every 1 to 3 years |
| House exterior | About once a year |
| Driveway and walkways | 1 to 2 times a year |
| Pool deck and screen | 1 to 2 times a year |
| Dumpster pad (commercial) | Monthly to quarterly |
Protecting Lawns, Landscaping, and Waterways
Responsible exterior cleaning goes beyond the surface being washed. Professional crews pre-wet and protect plants and landscaping, and they manage runoff so cleaning solutions and debris do not end up where they should not.
Storm drains in Florida lead directly to lakes, rivers, and Tampa Bay itself. Stormwater authorities advise that pressure washing wastewater should never go down a storm drain and that drains should be covered or blocked during the work. When hiring any pressure washing company, property owners should ask how runoff is handled, especially on commercial jobs.
What to Look For When Hiring a Pressure Washing Company
Before booking any exterior cleaning service in Brandon or Tampa Bay, property owners should ask:
- Do you use soft washing for roofs and painted surfaces?
- Are you insured for residential and commercial work?
- How do you protect plants, pets, and landscaping?
- How do you handle runoff near storm drains?
- Do you offer recurring service for commercial properties?
Kingdom Clean welcomes these questions by phone or text.
